co-founder + head of production
hey there! I’m Jonathan Williams, the co-brains and head of production behind m dash media, your new go-to for all things digital media. if you read no further, at least read this: if it involves creativity and a camera, I’m in.
I’ve been in the media world for a minute now. I graduated with a degree in Cinema and Media Arts and a minor in Journalism from Anderson University. after that, I kicked off m dash media (formerly Pair Productions), where I’ve been fortunate enough to produce and edit everything from music videos and wedding films to corporate event highlight reels.
currently, I’m also a part-time video editor for Pacers Sports & Entertainment. you’ve probably seen my work if you’ve ever watched those highlight clips floating around on social media. I also had the pleasure of working as the Director of Photography and Colorist on the feature film “This Train” (formerly “Hellcat”), which was picked for the 2023 Heartland International Film Festival and the 2023 Golden State Film Festival. all of that added together? you’ve got yourself a pretty well-rounded media nerd.
so, if you’re looking for a full-service media company that knows how to make you look good, m dash media is here to make it happen.

co-founder + head of digital marketing
hi, I’m Jacey. as co-founder and head of digital marketing at m dash media, I help busy entrepreneurs turn their business’s story into polished, compelling content that connects with their audience.
prior to launching m dash media, I gained experience overseeing graphic design, video, and content writing teams for large-scale B2C projects while managing corporate social media strategies.
I also spent time as a news reporter, where I sharpened my ability to tell captivating stories — even the tough ones — through both print and podcast storytelling. with years of experience spanning journalism, marketing, and creative leadership, I’ve learned how to balance creativity with strategy.
let’s work together to create content that speaks, sells, and most importantly, sticks. because in the fast-paced world of digital media, you need a story that leaves a lasting impression. if that sounds like the kind of impact you’re after, let’s chat.

so… what does “m dash” mean?
great question — we’re glad you asked.
the em dash happens to be Jacey’s favorite punctuation mark — it’s able to function in some cases as a comma, colon, semicolon, or parenthesis. it’s also seen as more striking and disruptive than other punctuation. despite its bold yet flexible nature, the em dash often goes unnoticed, with many people unaware of its full potential. thus, Jacey has long wanted to pay homage to the unsung hero of grammar — but with no offspring to take on the name, she settled for the next best thing. and that, my friend, is how m dash media was born.
